U.S. authorities have just reversed themselves again - now stating that there are no plans to forcibly remove water protectors trying to stop the Dakota Access Pipeline. They had said that protectors would be removed December 5th, but now it seems the Army Corps of Engineers have no such plans. This does not of course mean that the unarmed people will not continue to be attacked by militarized police using such weapons as pepper spray, concussion grenades, rubber bullets, attack dogs and more. One woman nearly had her arm amputated after getting hit with a concussion grenade. Others have had other types of severe injuries.
