Who else wants this bill to get its final approval? As part of a new omnibus bill set by congress, NASA would receive $19.3 billion in 2016 - nearly $1.3 billion more than it did last year and $730 million more than President Obama asked for. The bill is considered almost certain to pass and would drastically increase the budget for planetary science, spaceship development and crew missions!
